Does your design meet the requirements and how do you show that it does?

To ensure a successful product demonstration requires a planned series of tests to verify the design and then show compliance to the requirements. This in turn requires a well planned strategy to achieve all of the testing in time for the final compliance demonstration.

As the design and test programme progress the strategy has to be reviewed and managed to account for changes from the initial assumptions, design changes or incoming test data.

I have extensive experience in defining and managing requirements based verification and validation strategies for aerospace and non-aerospace projects ensuring that the testing done is sufficient without unnecessary tests.
